My work experience over the past 20 years or so has perfectly primed me to offer these estate transition services. In addition to my employment endeavors, I've been a traditional landlord, travel nurse housing landlord, a foster mom, a BSA parent and troop leader, and I have 3 Certified Financial Planners in my family, including my sweet husband. Complex situations, tight timelines, excellent record keeping are no stranger to me.

I opened my business, Holcombe Estate Solutions, in 2020 because I care deeply for well-planned and well-executed estate transitions, and I wanted to offer my services directly to the community. An Estate Transition Specialist is someone who advocates and facilitates smooth estate transitions through tackling administrative and logistical issues for their clients. I provide no legal, tax, or financial advice.

An estate in transition is one where assets are in motion and must be renamed, transferred or sold. Most people get overwhelmed with these tasks and would love to have someone they trust to come in and streamline the chaos. My clients know that I'm in their corner as their project manager, or just as a coach, and that together we will work through the mess, one step at a time.
